- Joint petition to Governor in Council to refer back the CBC/Radio Canada licence renewal decision (CRTC 2022-165) to the CRTC for reconsideration (August 5, 2022) ACTRA and the Directors Guild of Canada (DGC) filed a joint petition to the Governor in Council in August 2022 with respect to Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2022-165. The decision in its current form presents material risks of undermining the mandate of the CBC and the Canadian broadcasting policy as set out in the Broadcasting Act.

- Broadcasting Notice of Consultation – CRTC 2018-488 (March 5, 2019) ACTRA’s submission regarding the call for comments concerning the Production Reports that are to be completed annually by large English- and French-language ownership groups. The new report would replace the Programs of National Interest Report. It would include information related to programs of national interest but would be expanded to comprise all Canadian programming expenditure categories, except news and sports programming.
