Welcome to ACTRA Member News where you will find the latest news, tips, calls to action and more in one place.

Hello ACTRA members,

We have great news!

Publicis Toronto, which represents major clients, has signed a Letter of Continuance and will return to producing union commercials using ACTRA performers under the terms and conditions of the 2024-2025 National Commercial Agreement.

This agreement does not apply to Publicis Windsor nor Publicis Montreal. Should you be uncertain of a casting call/breakdown, please contact your local branch.

There will be a transition period in which you may see both union and non-union breakdowns while Publicis Toronto completes commercials already in progress. As of November 15, 2024, Publicis Toronto will work exclusively with ACTRA.

We acknowledge the solidarity of our ACTRA membership, our bargaining team and all the voices who helped in regaining this important work.

Sincerely,

Eleanor Noble
ACTRA National President
